Are you an accomplished layout professional with in-depth technical know-how and a real passion for the digital world? Do you already have experience in the automated creation of publications? Your day-to-day work

Your day in project management is varied and exciting - a successful combination of technical know-how, customer interaction and creative tasks. Your customers work in the area of corporate reporting and have interesting requirements. 

Your working day usually starts with a project status update. You will check access rights and clarify open questions to ensure a smooth start for everyone involved. 
After that, the focus is on customer appointments: you provide technical support, carry out training and advise your customers individually on topics such as layout design or process steps in corporate reporting in order to optimally support their goals. 

In the creative part of the day, you will revise layouts in reports and skillfully showcase visual elements - using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. At the same time, you will edit complex tables in Excel or optimize XML configurations to ensure the functionality and precision of the projects. 

Every working day offers an exciting mix of organization, customer contact and creative challenges - ideal for anyone who loves variety, enjoys taking on responsibility and wants to work independently. 

What we expect from you

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Completed a degree in design, communication design, media design, mediamatics or a similar field with a focus on UX or technical design 
  • In-depth knowledge of common Adobe programs (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as Office 365 programs. 
  • Experience in the automated creation of publications and a high affinity for new technologies and IT tools 
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, especially in phases with higher workload (annual working time model) 
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills 
  • Precise, reliable and independent way of working with a rapid ability to grasp new ideas 

Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience using Figma and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, data preparation tools (e.g. Power Query) and financial consolidation tools
  • Some or extended experience in managing customer projects, ideally in a complex environment
  • Basic knowledge or experience with XBRL
